Voor de productie van onze bidons kiezen wij bewust voor Polyethyleen (PE) vanwege de duurzaamheid en recyclebaarheid. Dit hoogwaardige materiaal garandeert een lange levensduur zonder concessies te doen aan de productkwaliteit. Onze PE-bidons zijn specifiek ontwikkeld om slagvast en flexibel te zijn, waardoor ze bij uitstek geschikt zijn voor intensief dagelijks gebruik.
Wij maken uitsluitend gebruik van materialen die volledig voldoen aan de actuele voedselveiligheidsnormen. Het lichtgewicht ontwerp zorgt bovendien voor optimaal gebruiksgemak en een gereduceerde CO2-impact tijdens transport.
Om circulariteit te maximaliseren, worden onze bidons vervaardigd uit mono-materiaal plastic. Door de fles, de dop en de trekdop eenvoudig te scheiden, faciliteert u een 100% efficiënt recyclingproces.

Not necessarily. While both use four colors, there is a key difference. A “4-color imprint” can refer to either a CMYK process (used for photos and gradients) or 4 specific PMS (Pantone) colors (used for exact color matching).
In many cases, a CMYK print requires additional supporting colors to achieve the best result. We prefer to review your artwork in advance to ensure you are calculating the correct price.

Yes, though there is a charge for physical samples. We do, however, provide free digital proof (visual) for every order. This visual shows the bottle and cap colors, the specified PMS colors, and the final design layout.
PMS colors result in a solid, vibrant finish, whereas CMYK printing uses fine dots to create images and gradients and will be pixelized. An example of a cmyk printed bottle can be sent free of charge for reference.

Yes, if you just print on the lower section of the 750ml bottle, the price is the same as the 500ml imprint. If you want to print on the upper section of the 750ml bottles, this is seen as extra print colours.
For example, if your design uses 2 colours on the top and 2 colours on the bottom, this is calculated as a 4-clr imprint.

Yes, we do! Our online tool is a quick and easy way to create a design on any of our bottles. We can even provide a custom link for your own website, allowing your customers to create their own designs. This saves everyone valuable time and gives you a preview of the clients vision.

Yes, we can print all round. Printing size for Shiva is 100 mm x 235,5 mm all round (500cc) and 29 mm x 235,5 mm all round (750cc) on the top part of the 750cc bottle. Daiya 100 mm x 235,5 mm all round. Fuse is 140 mm x 195 mm all round.
PRINTING
Screen print. This means that for each printed colour we need a separate screen.
A CMYK print is typically calculated as a 4-color imprint. However, we always recommend sending your artwork for a technical review first. Not all CMYK designs can be achieved with just four colors; some require additional spot colors or a white base for the best result.
We need a white underlay on all coloured bottles. If white is part of the design, we don’t need to print the white as an extra colour. Please contact us for more info.
No, we do not print the StarLight bottle crate. This is not necessary as the printing on the bottle is fully visible in the crates. If you do want printing, we can supply all-weather stickers.
10 crates are the minimum. Attn. each crate needs 2 stickers (back and front)
MATERIAL
Polyethylene for the bottles and Polypropylene for the caps.
Yes, the caps can be locked. Once locked the carbonated drink will stay inside the bottle!
Wash the bottles before use. This can either be done by hand or by dishwasher!
After cleaning, leave the bottle open so it can ventilate.
Yes, our bottles can hold warm drinks up to 40 degrees!
