Plant-based PE bottles derived from sugarcane
Our Plant-based PE is made from the residual material of the sugarcane plant.
First, the sugarcane is harvested for sugar production. The remaining biomass is then processed into ethanol, which is converted into ethylene — the base material for producing PE. This production process is fast and clean and comes with an important added benefit: while the sugarcane grows, it absorbs CO₂ from the atmosphere.

Yes, we do Post Industrial Recycling (PIR). We have a machine that transforms our own post production material into pellets, that we can use to produce bottles again.

Not necessarily. While both use four colors, there is a key difference. A “4-color imprint” can refer to either a CMYK process (used for photos and gradients) or 4 specific PMS (Pantone) colors (used for exact color matching).
In many cases, a CMYK print requires additional supporting colors to achieve the best result. We prefer to review your artwork in advance to ensure you are calculating the correct price.
