This Tacx warranty is a manufacturer’s warranty which provides rights in addition to those provided to you by consumer law. It has duration of two (2) years as from the date you purchase your Tacx product.
You have the right to choose whether to claim service under the Tacx Limited Warranty or under consumer law.
Tacx products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. Within this period, Tacx will, at its sole option, replace a defective or a non-conforming Product or credit the purchase price thereof. Such replacement will be made at no charge to the customer, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost. This warranty does not apply to: (i) cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks and dents; (ii) consumable parts, such as batteries, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (iii) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes; (iv) damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized service provider of Tacx; (v) damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of Tacx; or (vi) damage to a product that has been connected to power and/or data cables that are not supplied by Tacx. In addition, Tacx reserves the right to refuse warranty claims against products or services that are obtained and/or used in contravention of the laws of any country.
Please contact the Bottle Promotions sales team at [email protected]. Provide a description of the issue so we can determine if it qualifies for warranty coverage. In some cases, we may request pictures or samples for clarification. If the issue qualifies as a warranty claim, you will receive specific instructions based on the situation. If a return is required, we will issue an RMA number. Please securely pack the bottles on a pallet, shrink-wrap them, and clearly label the pallet with the RMA number. Our logistics department will arrange pickup and process the warranty claim.
In no event shall Tacx be liable for any loss not caused by Tacx’s breach of this warranty document, for any incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages including any loss of profit or loss of opportunity, whether resulting from the use, misuses or inability to use this product from defects in the product. This limitation shall not apply to (i) death or personal injury; (ii) fraud; (iii) fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iv) any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded as a matter of law.
Tacx does not warrant, represent or undertake that it will be able to replace any Tacx product under this warranty without risk to and / or loss of information and / or data stored on your Tacx device.
Tacx shall maintain and use any customer information received during the warranty process in accordance with our Statement of Privacy.
Tacx may restrict service to the EEA and Switzerland. Only Tacx or authorized Tacx Service centers may perform service on Tacx products.
Products purchased through online auctions may not be eligible for Tacx warranty coverage. Online auction confirmations may not be accepted for warranty verification. To obtain warranty service, an original or copy of the sales receipt from the original retailer is generally required.
If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, it shall be severed from this warranty and the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected.
